How to say 'like', 'I like you', 'he likes you' in Korean? The difference between '좋아해' and '좋아해요'?

‘I like you.’ can be

1. 좋아요.
2. 좋아해요.

However, When you say ‘He likes you.’ (Somebody else, not about you)
Then, It is

1. 좋아해요.

Someone else likes it - 좋아해요. (can be plural)

-해요 is used when you describe someone else. ex) 싶어요 vs 싶어해요
