What is '만 ~세' and '~살'? Are they different? Is it okay to use like '만 ~살'이에요?

외국나이로 ~살이에요.(O)
외국나이로 만 ~살이에요.(X)

만 나이 is used for document or formal situation such as news or speech. So, it is different from 외국나이. But a just different way to count our ages here. And by chance, the way they count are the same. But normally, we say, '외국 나이로', '미국 나이로', '국제 나이로', etc.

However, people use '만 -살', '만으로 ~살이에요'. But it sounds weird because it should be used with '세' not '살'
