I am contacting you 'cause I am wondering if you are doing fine or not.

잘 지내고 있다 be doing well
~는지 if ~ or not
궁금해서 'cause i am curious
연락하다 be contacting, contact...

~드리다 - very respectful way to speak.

'드리다' - give
연락드리다 - contact (respectfully to older or higher class person)
