What does '시차가 다르다.' mean?

시차 - time difference
.
It would be better to say '시차가 나다', '시차가 있다.' or '시간이 다르다.'
.
But many people say '시차가 다르다.' And we can understand.
.
시차에 적응하다. - get used to be in the different time zone
.
Just my opinion... I guess 시차가 다르다 It would be make sense if it means the time difference between the standard time of Greenwich Observatory and the time zone where we are at is different.
.
Anyway, many people say '시차가 달라서' which means 'since our time differ'.
